Akina is the best of the best !!!!
I have multiple rental properties in the U.K., of which two were bought through Akina. Unlike some other agents I have met who typically say goodbye to the clients and are never seen again after the deal is done, Akina treats her clients as her personal friends. She is genuine, and her approach is always to help out as best she can whenever the client encounters problems. Her after-sale service is superb to say the least. In my case, she even went out of her way to help me deal with the management agents of the properties which I did not buy from her and offered a lot of good advice along the way. I feel blessed to have Akina as my friend, and am very happy to introduce her to any friend of mine interested in buying U.K. properties. I wish Akina would start a company managing my properties. Believe me, she is an angel...and I would recommend her to anyone.

Fate to meet Akina
I was looking to invest in UK property for the past few months and I have made lots of contacts with various agents and one lady that really stands out for me is AKINA. I would say that I am very fortunate to have her providing me with advice, suggestions, guidance and support from the day we first made contact until present. By not being in UK, it’s difficult for me to make any decisions on properties investment. However Akina has been very patient with me and my many questions on investing in UK properties. She would take the trouble to drive me around the properties neighbourhood via “face time” while providing her insights. She shares her knowledge and experiences on obtaining mortgage from lenders and keeps me updated on the current policies as soon as possible. Her dedication and professionalism in providing information and data has given me the confidence to make my first UK property investment and I have never looked back since. I have bought several Manchester properties through Akina. She has been most helpful and professional in keeping me updated on the progress of the building construction and in offering pre-completion inspection. She is very thorough in getting the snagging list and in ensuring that the snagging items are completed. I could not have completed on my latest property without her help.
